Ideas for a Storyline (We will make a poll after there are several stories being nominated)

For the past few days, Allen, Neo, and I have argued about what would be a ideal storyline for the game.


My idea: So, we as a group of people were walking down the street from a party.
Along the way, we encouter a single zombie on the outskirts of the city.
Tristain (I don't think he's ever on), being the dumbass that he is, goes up to it and gets kidnapped. We run like scared rabbits into a military shop and stock up.

I think that we should be classic and have the zombie appear in a graveyard or out of one of those graves by the side of the road. I, being the chronic zombie-phob., would probably freak out and scream that it was going to rape us. Damn it, Ocarina of Time, you and your redeads.

Plus, do we have a main villain? Like, a zombie overlord or something? Or a backstory to clear things up?

Hmmmm, may...

But we can discuss this along the way until 13: 0.5 version.
So in the meantime, talk about the ideas of storybaod here.

1) It is impossible for things, even zombies, to literally rise from the grave. As soon as they make the slightest hole in the coffin, the Earth will act like a sinkhole and bury it underneath what is at least 2 tons of force.
2) Zombies wooldn't have a chance to be a grave. Being a country that revolves around it's media, the body would be autopsied. That process takes, on average, 34 hours to have a complete diagnosis. Zombies re-anima te in 24 or less.

I was just being classic~

So, we just randomly see a zombie, or something? I just want some sort of dramatic entry and not a pokemon-battleesque thing.

ok her's my new idea, probably my best one
late at night
First scene: We see a boy/teen(tristan) collecting fire wood for himself as a survivor of the already 10 days into the zombie outbreak so many people have been infected.
-he hears a snaping twig and realizes he is not alone, turns his head and sees zombie.
-starts running and trips and breaks ankle trapped by more upcoming zombies from the back and front
-as the zombies close in on tristan he raises his arm and his head(zombie) is blown away
-camera turn and we see Austin Allen and Mario with austin his pistol facing forward steaming and game begins
----------
-tristan saved and taked back to base
-inro: Austin (leader) Allen (weapon specialist) Mario raining (facilitor)
-story is told of how the outbreak came to be by Nero(main bad guy)
he sent of a missle or something with zombie virus that turns people to zombies

And I would have no idea on how I would enter the scene.

ok so later the new 4 go out to city to fight and meet kyleighly (sry if i spelled it wrong) and alissa and we fight side by side. an unfortunate event happens and tristan is captured. unable to save him we go back in retreat. later going out for a distress signal from 2 other members of our group (zach burgin and andrew) whose group was over run and killed we meet up with an opposing team (isaac, sonia and zach hillie). after a long stare down and almot gun fight between the two leaders (austin and isaac) zach b and adrew come running fighting off zombies. the two teams join forces to survive and become one big group with 10 members now.

the zombies are coming from real life zombies. a virus that "kills" a human, and then brings it back to life. u need to read the begining of the zombie survival book

You see, there are several viruses in the world that kill of a human but keep the brain stimulated.

Zombies do exsist.
Just not the flesh-eating ass-rapist ones.

I would say pics or it didn't happen but I'm inclined to kick my cat if I saw one.
Just saying, what virus and why? How would the virus spread and why was it released? If it spreads through the air then we are doomed, if it spreads through direct contact then we are dead.

Let's just say that one of us invented a shot that will prevent us from turning into the zombie by touching.

So now we're getting high to avoid zombies?

I'm sorry to tear it apart, but I truly think we should bring realism into creativity.

And I'm sorry, but I don't want a story twist where it was all in our heads after a big party or something. It's been done too many times.

If anything, a story twist should be the death of a main character or something.

Also, I think we should have a goal in this. At this point, we are fighting for literally nothing.
Zelda had 'save the princess'.
Final Fantasy VIII had 'you're a mercenary it's your job'.
We are just some confused kids with heavy weaponry. Amusing, yes, but makes for an uneasy start and rickety follow-up.

But what can we do, I mean, I can't sprite all of us without weapons and then we can transform into a full of weapons person and start fighting.

We just need a motive to handle this weaponry, is what I'm saying.
